Fed up with advertising not working?
Once upon a time there was a business, a really good business. The trouble was it was competing against a lot of other really good businesses and struggling to get heard as other companies were hogging all the limelight. One day it heard the other really good businesses were using public relations (PR) to get their message across. What on earth was PR?
View PR as promoters of your business, brand or charity, which helps set you apart from your competitors. Different to advertising, it has the power to reach audiences in a credible way by creating stories that establish conversations that get YOUR stakeholders talking about YOU.
PR also acts as a protector of business and brand reputations. We like to call ourselves undercover firefighters, preventing an issue that starts to spark from becoming an uncontrollable fire and crisis.

What we do
We’re an independent, consumer, corporate and B2B PR agency, delivering external and internal communications. Our passion is to see your business or charity grow by creating communications strategies that become an integrated part of your business or marketing plan.
Not only can we provide fresh strategic insight and highlight new perspectives you hadn’t thought of, we’re also experts in storytelling. We believe every organisation has a story worth telling but for people to hear and talk about that story it has to be told in the right way.
We use the power of words, images, audio, and film to create and shape conversations to get your stakeholders such as customers, staff, the media, investors, suppliers, policymakers, and communities talking about you. We strive to develop the most exciting and creative ideas and strategies for our clients. PR is so much more than just press releases.
Who we work with
We’re curious and love learning and working with different types of businesses and sectors. We especially get that warm fuzzy feeling supporting small and medium sized, founder owned and run British businesses. And if you are a family business then even better!
PR is not just for large businesses with big budgets but for all shapes and sizes and you’ll be surprised with what you can achieve.
Our values
Our principles and values shape our culture, steer our work, and support our relationships with the media, clients, suppliers, and staff;
- Collaboration and teamwork really makes the dream work. View us as an extension of your team
- Openness and honesty where we always listen and tell you if we think your PR strategy needs changing
- Financial flexibility so you don’t have to work with us on a annual retainer basis
- Challenging the status quo and love working with businesses, brands and charities that are different and push boundaries
- Quality not quantity especially when it comes to media coverage
- Doing the right thing and leaving our little part of our world in a better place than it was before. The charity we support is Mind Over Cancer

From royalty to rockstars, to charities, FMCG, retail, health, and manufacturing, our Managing Director Sarah Henderson has been there and done that in 20+ years of working in the PR and communications industry.
After graduating with a BA Honours in Public Relations, Sarah has worked for some of the biggest high-profile brands at PR agencies across London and Sussex, such as TK Maxx, Homesense, Warburtons, Little Tikes, and Johnson & Johnson. She has also been part of in-house PR teams for some of Britain’s best-loved and well-respected businesses such as the John Lewis Partnership, Costa Coffee, Nuffield Health, and Premier Foods.
